Client : Elad canada

Place: Pointe Saint-Charles, Qc

Surface area : 3270 sq.ft

Completion Date :  2014

Concept and challenges : Situated in the old boiler room, the new sales office of the Nordelec condo project possesses an intrinsic force and spirit: double height, surprising fenestration and raw materials are being utilized as a canvas to the layout. Inspired by its strength nourished by its industrial nature, we have designed the space like a stage, where platforms and volumes support bathroom, kitchen and architectural model of the project. Through a path that starts at the reception and ends in the private selling spaces, the staging continues with the integration of tall white bookshelves, using the entire height of the volume. Those furniture elements are key in telling the day to day story of future residents and the history of a rich industrial past through displays of historical pictures, witnesses of an effervescent area of Montreal.
