Concept and challenges: 333 Chabanel Street hosts some of the most famous fashion companies and luxurious products retailers.
We wanted to preserve the 60’s design trace while restoring the deteriorated materials: maintaining and giving the prestige back of the Terrazzo floor (mix polish materials composed of natural rocks and colored marble fragments).
We sublimated the lobby floor incorporating 333 logotype into the lines drawn by the tiles.
The ceiling is a visual extension of the frontdoor canopy. It drives instinctively people to the wild-cherry veneer and aluminium-plated lifts.
Finally, we collaborated with an artist to decorate the concrete pillars evocating the avant-gardist fashion companies and their dynamism.
