Concept and challenges: 9494 Saint-Laurent Street is a building mainly composed of industrial lofts adapted to the needs of companies working mainly in creative sectors. On the ground floor it houses dynamic companies of international renown such as Surface and Co and is a particularly attractive location.
The Huma team was commissioned to design the building's entrance hall.
The goal is to create an interesting volume and depth game by working on the depths and the recesses of the elevator doors. Simplicity and elegance are our watchwords, translated by an alliance of sober and warm black and white materials and raw materials: ceiling concrete, luminaire power wiring and exposed mechanics.
