Concept and challenges: Composed of three showrooms specially designed for buyers, a reception lounge area, an administrative section arbitrating the sales areas as well as a back room, the Espace John Warren is stands out with a unique and refined style. The restoration and enhancement of the wood floor, columns and concrete ceiling have preserved the industrial character of the site. A huge wall of slats in walnut is the central pivot of circulation.
It acts as a screen between sales points and showrooms in addition to connecting the reception lounge and the offices of the management. Then, in order to reduce the resonance of this huge industrial space, strips of acoustic fabrics, integrated between each of the slats, punctuate the walnut sticks and give the space intimacy and warmth.
To ensure a cozy yet convivial atmosphere, the shades of white combine with the rich textures of walnut, complemented by the '' ocher '' colors of the acoustic fabrics. The John Warren space renews the work, sales and exhibition experience by enhancing the relationship between these elements.
