BCF AVOCATS D'AFFAIRE

This redevelopment project for the offices of the BCF business law firm spans five separate floors. One of the major challenges was to highlight the company's values while recycling as many original elements as possible. Given the special welcome reserved for clients of such a firm, the spaces had to inspire immediate confidence and strike a balance between a warm cocoon and an extraordinarily professional environment.

Located in a large tower in downtown Montreal, the project incorporated a strong gesture by offering exterior views while respecting the confidentiality standards specific to the business world. A notable nod was the creation of a glass-enclosed library, displaying all of the firm's books and protocol codes and transforming them into works of art, thus marking the first step towards a circulatory corridor dedicated to the works acquired by the company.

This system creates a harmonious balance between new working methods and industry traditions. The large-scale project includes 23 conference rooms, including three multifunctional ones, as well as coffee corners, a cafeteria, a lounge, meeting spaces, print rooms, and many other amenities. Over 300 pieces of furniture were designed, in addition to the layout of each office.
