AUSTIN CHALET
The Austin chalet is a two-story property, partially embedded in the steep slope, thus preserving the natural features of the land. It is entirely clad in wood and blends seamlessly into its surroundings, offering spectacular views to its residents.

The initial idea for this project is based on the theme of "hospitality". The proposed new architecture is strongly inspired by the original chalet which dated from the 1950s.
We wanted to preserve its warm and welcoming atmosphere. Its large windows open onto several terraces on every level, offering exceptional views of the lake. Each level is designed around spacious open areas, providing all the amenities needed to accommodate different families at the same time. The large concrete fireplace extends across all levels. It is the central point of the house, with openings on all sides, both inside and out. It is the heart of the home.
