CHALET SOLEIL BROMONT
Chalet Soleil, built in 2007 on the slope of the same name, no longer met the growing needs of families and school groups. The expansion project doubles its surface area with a new 4,800 sq. ft. building adjoining the existing one. Designed as a four-season space, it welcomes users of the training slope in the winter and day camps using the wave pool in the summer. Our mandate covers the entire process: architectural and interior design, signage, furniture, plans and specifications, support for calls for tenders and site supervision.

The program includes an outpatient clinic, patrol locker rooms, a café, storage areas, and a multipurpose cafeteria. Universal accessibility is ensured by an elevator connecting the three levels. The layout aims for fluidity and user-friendliness, simplifying user journeys from arrival to activities.
Built using integrated design despite the constraints of the pandemic, the project remains within its initial budget of $4 million. The architecture, largely glazed and open to the mountain, interacts with the seasons and ensures a direct connection between the interior and exterior. The use of local artisans, sustainable materials, and inclusive design makes Chalet Soleil a flagship building, establishing the new vision for the site.
