CONCORDIA SIGNAGE
Based on these observations, the Integral Ruedi Baur, Integral Jean Beaudoin, and HUMÀ design consortium worked to restore a sense of the campus's scale through signage, visual identity, and lighting. The work spans from metro signage, department and sub-sector identification, retail and boutique design, and the redefinition of each building entrance through mesh work to the urban understanding of the campus within the city through lighting.

Concordia welcomes many non-native speaking students each year, whose first contact with their university takes place at the Metro. Concordia has many buildings, scattered across a very dense urban campus. Finding one's way around created an anxiety-inducing first experience for newcomers.
The work is carried out from the level of metro signage, the identification of departments and sub-sectors, businesses and shops, as well as the redefinition of each building entrance through the mesh work to the urban understanding of the campus in the city through lighting. Based on these observations, through signage, visual identity and lighting, the consortium Intégral Ruedi Baur, Intégral Jean Beaudoin and Humà Design came to restore the understanding of the scale of this campus.
