COZUMEL
Discover Cozumel, our latest 54-room hotel architectural project inspired by the paradise island of Cozumel, famous for its coral reefs discovered in the 1960s by Jacques-Yves Cousteau. Today, this island remains a popular destination for divers and cruise passengers in the Caribbean. The Cozumel project draws inspiration from this rich history and the island's natural beauty, offering a design that embraces both the warmth and light of the sun as well as the cool shade.

Oriented to the north to maximize natural light while minimizing heat, the building features a planted ground floor harmoniously integrating common areas such as a pool, hammocks, a yoga terrace, and pergolas, fostering an intimate relationship with the surrounding green spaces.
The welcoming entrance with a planted portico leads to a central open space, including a gallery, a ventilation chimney, and a pool to provide freshness and shade. The dual-oriented housing units are connected by exterior walkways allowing for cross-ventilation, while the building envelope uses double walls and mashrabiyas to subtly play with light and shadow, while ensuring residents' privacy.
In a style very inspired by warm climates and materials that merge with the earth and rock, Cozumel adopts a minimalist and refined design with a bohemian chic touch, creating an atmosphere that is both refined and relaxed. This project embodies a harmonious fusion of modernity and nature, offering a living environment where every architectural detail is designed for your well-being and comfort.
