FAUBOURG 1792 BROMONT
Faubourg 1792 is part of the harmonious continuity of the built heritage of the Eastern Townships. The design direction modernizes this language by adopting a contemporary and refined volume, marked by the influence of Nordic design. The ensemble seeks to establish a natural dialogue between the existing houses and the new constructions, in order to create a coherent and distinctive identity for the neighborhood.

To meet residents' desire for personalization, a modular approach has been developed: the same housing type can be adapted according to the clients' choices, generating diversity in both architectural forms and materials used.
This richness of expression is based on three principles: the recesses, which enhance certain spaces and highlight materials such as stained wood; the interlocking of volumes, which encourages the play of materiality and the discreet integration of garages; and finally the large windows, true transparent filters between the interior and the exterior, providing natural light and opening onto the landscape.
