LE BOISÉ

Located at the foot of Owl's Head hills, Le Boisé is a signature residential project that blends seamlessly with the mountain, forest, and views of Lake Memphremagog. Designed as a mini-village on a human scale, the project focuses on a respectful development that preserves vegetation cover, enhances the natural topography, and offers a true ski-in/ski-out experience.

The project's design is based on a simple and recognizable morphology, inspired by both the long barns typical of the Potton landscape and mountain gable architecture. The volumes, deliberately sober and functional, are fragmented to create a sense of community and reinforce the identity of this mini-village. Parking spaces are discreetly integrated into the topography, leaving plenty of room for pedestrian walkways, four-season trails, and gathering spaces.

The homes, available in two types adapted to the hillside, offer generous, bright living spaces that open onto nature. Large windows frame views of the mountains, forest, and lake, while the interiors feature warm wood and sustainable materials. Each unit is designed to meet the real needs of its occupants, without standardizing finishes, in order to preserve the unique and authentic character of Owl's Head.

With its integrated approach that respectfully considers the surrounding environment, Le Boisé embodies a contemporary vision of mountain living: a unifying project, rooted in its territory, where architecture, landscape, and quality of life come together naturally.
