LA FABRIQUE 125

La Fabrique 125, located in the heart of the Chabanel district, embraces the industrial heritage of the site and transforms it to accommodate a new residential community. The black and white brick building, going from 1 address to 192 addresses, is adorned with numbers: stories, symbols that have stood the test of time. Inspired by a powerful metaphor, an artist reveals the artistic innovation of the project through this lacework. Inspired by the stitch, the typographic patterns enliven the space. La Fabrique offers 42 units with loggias. Large 6-foot-high windows allow light to enter and bathe the space. All of the spacious open-concept lofts feature 11-foot-high ceilings with concrete slabs.
