LE SE7T
The Dayan Group, in conjunction with the HUMÀ team of professionals, is proposing the residential redevelopment of a significant portion of the block bounded by Notre-Dame, Richmond, William, and Saint Martin streets. Located in Griffintown, an area facing significant real estate development pressures, the Saint-Martin block project completes the transformation of this primarily industrial neighborhood into a residential environment.

Named LE SE7T, the project is inspired by the revival of the area with the integration of small retail spaces. The variety of housing types and their layouts allow it to meet specific needs: from studios to large three-bedroom apartments, the units vary in size and are always carefully planned. The landscape architecture maintains and enhances the building layout in a coherent manner. Furthermore, the project is based on sustainable development standards and responds to the prerogatives relating to the heritage of the site and the area, through a thoughtful spatial design and a nuanced architectural language.
In the common areas, the signage (including the directional signs cut from large corten panels) and the carpet were designed directly by Humà. These are unique pieces, created especially for Se7t.
