Humà was commissioned to design three Seniors' Residences in James Bay, each comprising a 33-bed program spread across three separate wings.

The objective was to optimize the implementation while respecting the requirements of the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MSSS) and the cultural particularities of the Cree communities. The Humà team, associated for the occasion in consortium with ASDH and RËGIS, played a key role in the design of these seniors' homes, participating in the pre-conceptual study and multidisciplinary coordination to ensure the integration of cultural and clinical needs.
