Built on land formerly owned by the Sainte-Anne Academy, the three-phase project was developed as a residential complex with a variety of typologies, allowing for a diverse clientele and engaging the community in a social mix. The team's vision was to provide housing that would meet the needs of its residents throughout the different stages of their lives;
