ROCKLAND "LA CUISINE"
The Rockland Centre has a rich and vibrant history. Respecting this heritage, a nuanced concept was developed: from the traditional food court, only the diversity of the food on offer was retained. Following the strong idea of a large glass roof, the major gesture was to open the exterior wall over 100 feet, to bring in natural light, and enhance this contact with a large four-season terrace.

Numerous sub-spaces featuring different atmospheres have been developed to satisfy all gourmets: some highlight refined details and maximum brightness, others cozy and comfortable alcoves, the last ones feature copper and greenery.
From the chefs' kitchen to the children's area, to central islands where customers can enjoy the open kitchen experience; the concept of the food court has been completely redesigned so that the space becomes a support for meetings and events.
