SSENSE

Located on Rue Chabanel, in the heart of the Central District, Ssense's new offices occupy an entire floor of the imposing industrial building at 333, thus reconnecting with the site's original vocation: fashion. The young, creative, and avant-garde company operates in the world of luxury and digital communication. Our mandate was to design a space faithful to this identity: logical, efficient, transparent, and minimalist, while promoting proximity and fluidity of exchanges.

The spirit of the project is based on the dialogue between the building's industrial past and its future. This principle is reflected in architectural connections and details that subtly link the new developments to the existing structure and the soul of the space. The chosen materials—glass, metal, marble, and white or black lacquered furniture—act in contrast, applied lightly to respect the authenticity of the original space.

The project is spread across two distinct zones. To the east, the common areas include a large kitchen-laboratory, a play area, dining tables, and lounges. To the west, a vast, bright space accommodates around a hundred employees in an all-white environment, structured by graphic linear lighting. A strip of black desks runs through and punctuates the whole, providing a transition and link to the communal spaces.
