SSP MONTRÉAL AIRPORT
The new restaurant offering at Montreal Airport was entrusted to us by SSP Food Travel Experts, following the concept and implementation of the new commercial vision for the airport developed by Humà. To support this grand vision, designed in collaboration with the architects and the airport team, thirteen restaurants were designed to reveal their own unique character through the design of their different banners and their strategic location in the piers.

Thus, Baéro is installed in the expansion of the international jetty as the large departures bar. QDC Burger opens on two facades, evoking the spirit of the famous burgers of the back street alleys of downtown Montreal. The Grand Comptoir establishes itself as an authentic French bistro, while Montréal Bagel adopts the simple and friendly language of Montreal bagel shops.
This work is part of an approach aimed at maximizing the traveler's journey experience, transforming this restoration stage into a true start to their trip.
