CANADIENS TOUR 2
Located in a neighborhood steeped in history, marked by the former Windsor Station, Bonaventure Station, and the Queen's Hotel, the Tour des Canadiens 2 combines heritage and modernity by reinterpreting the spirit of great journeys. Its design is inspired by the Art Deco movement, revisited in a contemporary approach that enhances the memory of the prestigious stations and hotels to which it is the heir.

Two main themes guided the design: history and luxury. Inspired by the 1930s, the tower adopts a silver-gray palette and emphasizes sophistication. The abundant use of noble materials such as marble and reflective surfaces reinforces the impression of a grand hotel, a place of passage and connection. The Tour des Canadiens 2 thus becomes an elegant link between the Deloitte Tower, the train station, the Bell Centre, and the metro.
The project also incorporates a full range of common areas: a terrace and swimming pool integrated into the old foundations, a fitness room, a lounge offering breathtaking views of the city, a wine bar with a private cellar for residents, and a games room.
