Tour des Canadiens 1 represented a major challenge and an exceptional opportunity for our team. Mandated for the entire design and execution of all construction drawings, we worked rigorously for three years, also ensuring site supervision for every detail of the interior design.

Located in the heart of Quad Windsor, the project embraces the glamour of downtown with a classic and timeless design. We conceived an ambitious program encompassing a lobby that resonates with the public space of the train station, a spa and water experience, five lounges, two outdoor terraces, a gym, and all the tower's corridors. The quality of the materials, the precision of the execution, and the selection of over 1,000 pieces of furniture, including the creation of artworks over 20 meters long, were key elements of the project.
Tour des Canadiens 1 also stands out as the first hybrid concept of an Airbnb hotel and a residential tower in downtown Montreal, marking the beginning of an iconic development.
