Case study of Mobilité Bleu Horizon MBH offices: HUMÀ X BUROVISION
At Humà, we firmly believe that the most demanding projects are also those that reveal the power of effective collaboration. This is exactly what happened with Burovision, as part of the Mobilité Bleu Horizon MBH project: a construction site office layout for the teams working on Montreal's future blue metro line. This fast-track project was completed in just 70 days, with high standards.
Although it was a temporary office, intended to last for about five years, it was essential for us that the spaces be functional, people-oriented, and pleasant to work in on a daily basis for a large number of employees and managers. The challenge was twofold: to meet an ambitious deadline while creating a stimulating and ergonomic work environment.

A THREE-WAY COLLABORATION
So, right from the start of the project, we implemented a three-pronged collaborative approach between ourselves, Burovision, and the client. This proactive method, based on transparency and responsiveness, took the form of meetings to align the project vision, regular monitoring of all stakeholders at each stage, and even the creation of mock-ups in the factory to test furniture choices and quickly validate directions with all parties. This rigorous coordination enabled informed decisions to be made in real time, avoided unforeseen events, and allowed us to meet a particularly tight deadline without compromising the quality of the finished fit-out.
THE ADVANTAGE OF A LOCAL, COMMITTED, AND RESPONSIVE ECOSYSTEM
A key factor in the success of the MBH project was our decision to work with a local manufacturer with strong roots in the Quebec ecosystem. Thanks to the proximity of the stakeholders and Burovision's flexibility, we were able to significantly speed up production, delivery, and installation times while keeping costs under control. Beyond logistics, this local collaboration also created an environment conducive to innovation and rapid problem solving, and the connection forged helped to enhance the project's efficiency.
DOING MORE WITH LESS: IT IS POSSIBLE
The MBH project demonstrates that with a shared vision, well-structured collaboration, and a local network, it is possible to deliver a project that is fast, people-oriented, and high-quality, even within a limited budget and time constraints.
Finally, we are proud to have been able to contribute to creating a functional and pleasant workplace for the MBH teams. Thank you to Burovision for their involvement, credibility, and passion, without which this success would not have been possible.
